I hate before pictures in magazines, they are usually the worst of the worst. You're already fat, so you don't do your hair or put on any make-up, put on your most unflattering clothes and take a picture. The after pictures aren't any better really...The person loses weight and gets a make over and suddenly they look fantastic-big surprise! You don't need to lose 100 pounds to look fantastic. Although I realize it helps.
Anyway I'm going to take a nice before picture...I will do my hair, make-up and put on an outfit that is as flattering as it can be. Stay tuned.
