Well there's hunting season, fishing season, and even a garage sale season. So it would only make sense that in our family we have Birthday Season.... Tomorrow kicks off our Birthday Season with Josh's birthday. Over the next 4 months we will have all 8 of our birthday's and our anniversary. One in June, one in July, 3 in August, Anniversary in Sept, and 3 birthdays in October. As if that isn't enough we also have 2 nieces that fall in there, my 2 brothers and both of our parents anniversaries. What were thinking having all these kids birthday's so close to each other???
5 years ago today I spent Memorial Day in the hospital trying to be induced to give birth to Josh. James is a sales manager so he works holidays and usually late on the last day of the month trying to get as many sales in, so he took the busiest day of the year for car sales off so we could get induced....no luck I didn't have Josh till 8pm on June 1st. It's probably a good thing we didn't have him on Memorial Day because then James would always have to take it off or never be there for Josh's birthday.
Anyway, it will be a busy summer and fall celebrating all these birthday's but we love our crazy kids and find joy in spending another year with each of them.

Happy Birthday to the whole family this summer! I don't think I can complain anymore about our busy January-February. You should just have one big summer bash and call it good, right? Your kids are adorable Alicia. Abby reminds me so much of you and Jamie reminds me of your mom - beautiful kids!
